McAlister’s Deli, a franchised location operated by Southern Rock Restaurants, is seeking a Back of the House Team Member. You will prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced kitchen and follow recipes and portion standards.

Responsibilities include reading orders, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding food safety and sanitation standards while working with a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Experience is helpful, but training is provided.
