Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Back of House Team Members who will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food while upholding Chick-fil-A standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Team Members contribute to a positive guest experience, learn from experienced Operators and leaders, and benefit from flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth, including scholarships and development programs.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to interact with guests.
• Reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned
