Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member in our restaurant to help prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly to our guests. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a friendly, team-focused environment and opportunities to grow under experienced Leaders.

Saturdays are required on our busiest day, and the schedule supports a positive work-life balance. You'll be part of a community-driven operation that values service and quality, with training

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed and keep area neat and orderly.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and rollouts; maintain cleanliness and safety.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
