Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member to join the crew. This role includes cooking, assembling, and presenting food to Chick-fil-A standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will learn kitchen operations from experienced Operators and Restaurant Leaders, with opportunities for growth, development, and scholarship support. Flexible scheduling and Sundays closed are among the benefits offered for employees.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities
