Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Back of House Team Member in East Point, GA. You’ll support daily kitchen operations, learn multiple stations, and contribute to a positive guest experience under the guidance of an independent Owner/Operator.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to Chick-fil-A standards, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth and development within a people-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep)
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new products and changes from Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned and adhere to dress code
• Perform other duties as assigned

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
