Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member in Hamilton Township, NJ. Join a people‑focused environment where you’ll help deliver signature Chick-fil-A dining experiences and learn leadership skills while working under an independent Operator.

You’ll prepare and present food to Chick-fil-A standards, participate in kitchen stations, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety and training guidelines while contributing to team success and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
