Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants operates a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Cookeville, Tennessee. As a Back of the House Team Member you will prepare quality food in a clean, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing ingredients and menu items using recipes and portion standards, reading orders, keeping prep areas and equipment clean, following food safety and sanitation standards, and working with the team to ensure smooth kitchen service. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout shift.
• Restaurant experience is helpful, but training is provided.
