Job summary

Chick-fil-A Conyers is hiring for back-of-house team members. Part-time or full-time roles with 5 AM–4 PM or 2 PM–11 PM schedules. Pay from $8 to $16 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off after 1 year, 401(k) eligibility after 1,000 hours, and scholarship opportunities.

Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting food safely, stocking inventory, keeping the kitchen clean, and following Chick-fil-A policies while supporting leadership and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

This location requires you to be at least 16 years old.

Position Type:

• Part-time (15-29 hours per week)
• Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
• Available schedules: 5 AM - 4 PM or 2 PM - 11:00 PM
• Must have afternoon availability between the hours of 2-4 PM

Pay:

• Pay can range from $8-$16 (depending on availability, training period, etc.)
