McAlister’s Deli in Collierville, TN is hiring a Back of the House Team Member to help keep our kitchen moving in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare ingredients and menu items, read orders, and work with the team to ensure timely service.

No prior restaurant experience is required; training is provided. We value reliability, a positive attitude, and teamwork as you help maintain clean stations and uphold food safety standards.
