Job description

A Team Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture, and has a servant’s heart. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of operational excellence and our recipe for service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Back of House Team Leader:

• Full-time or Part-time
• Working Hours: Monday-Saturday 2:00pm-11:00pm
• Pay: Up to $21/hr (depends on availability & experience)

Back of House Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Work in all kitchen staff roles
• Implement proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures
• Produce high quality food with precision and accuracy
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is preferred but not required
