Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and heart of house cleanliness and hygiene as directed.
• Wash dishes and organize items efficiently.
• Keep cold rooms, freezer, dry stores and canteen clean and orderly.
• Handle crockery, china, and cutlery to minimize breakages.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order and report issues.
• Carry out station closing duties and kitchen cleanliness tasks.
