Job summary

Farm 12 Restaurant & Events in Puyallup, WA, is seeking a Back of House Steward to support a high-scale 125-seat restaurant and a 400+ guest event hall. This role focuses on keeping the dish area clean, safe, and well-maintained to uphold our service standards.

The steward will work with the kitchen team, assist Front of House when needed, and follow all health and safety guidelines. Candidates should be 18+, reliable, and flexible for weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and reliable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Flexible in work schedule (including weekends/holidays).
• Washington State Food Handlers Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area.
• Wash all dishes in the dish pit.
• Assist Front of House staff when necessary.
• Follow health, hygiene and safety standards.
• Complete daily checklists.
• Assist in putting away orders or other duties as assigned by Chef on duty.
