Job summary

Chick-fil-A, independently operated by a local franchisee, invites Back of House Team Members to join a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. You will help craft signature food, join a supportive team, and receive comprehensive training to perform duties with care and speed.

Positions include breader, sandwich assembly, nugget assembly, prep, fryer, and more, with opportunities for growth and development and a focus on delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at the highest level
• Meet with shift lead to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift
• Follow the Chick-fil-A rules and dress code all the time
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Ability to multitask quickly yet thoroughly
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with Team Members
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, speed and accuracy at all times
• Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
