Chick-fil-A in Corpus Christi is hiring for a Back of House Team Member. Work alongside an independent Owner/Operator to prepare and present meals safely and efficiently while delivering Chick-fil-A service standards.

This role offers full-time or part-time employment, a fun environment, flexible scheduling with Sundays closed, and opportunities for growth. You will learn from experienced leaders, follow all safety procedures, and help keep prep areas pristine.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all requirements and procedures for all cold prep menu items.
• Stock prep areas and inventory as needed.
• Keep prep areas neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen/prep equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all requirements and procedures for all cold prep menu items
• Stock prep areas inventory as needed
• Keep prep areas neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen/prep equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
