Upper Crust Food Service, LLC is hiring Kitchen Assistants to support the back of house by prepping as directed, keeping the kitchen clean, washing dishes, stocking supplies, and assisting with deliveries. The role requires 2+ years in a full-service restaurant as prep or line cook, and food safety certification or the ability to obtain one within 30 days.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Prep food as directed by Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Wash utensils, equipment and dishes.
• Stock supplies at serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
• Pass background check.
• Food safety certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• 2+ years in a full-service restaurant as prep or line cook.

Responsabilidades

• Prep food as directed by the Head Chef and/or Sous Chef
• Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and sanitary
• Wash utensils, equipment, and dishes
• Stock supplies at serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars
• Help unload and put away deliveries
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas
• Communicate regularly with management by phone, email, and text
