You will train and coach the BOH crew, maintain food safety standards, and collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure a remarkable guest experience from open to close.

• Communicate Roots culture to the crew daily to create a special experience.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team to maintain an awesome workplace.
• Develop leadership skills within the crew and coach them.
• Provide hands-on training and ongoing support throughout onboarding.
• Lead shifts to deliver great service and quality food.
• Ensure food safety practices and maintain standards.
• Master BOH roles (prep and dish).
• Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude on every shift.
