Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a Back of House Lead Supervisor at Stonehill Cafe, 500 Washington Street, North Easton, MA 02356. This full-time role runs Wednesday through Sunday with hours that may vary. Prior cooking, supervisory, inventory, and ordering experience is required.

The role pays a fixed rate of $25.50 per hour and includes benefits; internal referral bonuses are available. Supervises hourly associates to ensure adherence to policy, quality, and safety standards.
