Compass Group USA is seeking a Back of House Lead Supervisor for Stonehill Cafe, North Easton, MA. This full-time role runs Wednesday through Sunday with varying hours.

Responsibilities include supervising hourly staff, managing inventory and orders, and controlling costs while ensuring sanitation and safety standards throughout service hours.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISORposition.
• Location: Stonehill Cafe - 500 Washington Street, North Easton, MA 02356. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time; Wednesday through Sunday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

• Fixed Pay Rate: $25.50 per hour

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
