Compass Group USA is hiring a Back of House Lead Supervisor for Stonehill Cafe in North Easton, MA. This is a full-time role with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule; hours may vary. The position requires prior cooking, supervisory, inventory, and order experience.

The candidate will supervise hourly staff, assist in ordering, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards. This role offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a large national foodservice organization.

• We are hiring immediately for a full time BACK OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISORposition.
• Location: Stonehill Cafe - 500 Washington Street, North Easton, MA 02356. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time; Wednesday through Sunday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous cooking, supervisory, inventory, and order experience is required.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $25.50 per hour .
