Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for full-time Senior Cook positions at Nvidia in Westford, MA. The role involves preparing nutritious meals, following recipes, and ensuring safety standards in a fast-paced, industrial setting.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with training provided as needed. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a diverse, nationwide network of cafés.

Qualifications

• Minimum of previous cooking experience in a business/industrial setting is required.
• Willing to train!
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform scheduled routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs as assigned.
• Assist in the cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
