Job summary

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full-time Back of House Lead Supervisor. The role requires 4+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a food service or kitchen environment, with shifts from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm or 11:30 am to 8:00 pm and rotating weekends.

You will supervise hourly associates, monitor inventory and costs, and ensure sanitation and safety standards are followed while driving operational excellence in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a food service or kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
