Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Atlanta, GA is hiring Back of House Team Members to support daily kitchen operations, uphold safety and Chick-fil-A quality, and deliver the signature hospitality guests expect.

You will work with an experienced Operator and restaurant leaders, enjoy flexible scheduling (Sundays closed), and have opportunities for growth and development as you master multiple kitchen stations.

Qualifications

• Must be consistent and reliable in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task across stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date on new products and changes.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
