Goble Family Restaurants in Sanford, ME, is hiring a Back of House Kitchen Crew Member for McDonald’s. You’ll prepare and cook our world-famous food on grill, fryer, and prep stations, while maintaining speed, quality, and safety. Training is provided; no prior restaurant experience is required, and a strong team spirit is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is great, but it isn’t required.
• Training provided to learn equipment, procedures, kitchen systems, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking McDonald’s World Famous food according to our quality standards.
• Working kitchen stations including grill, fryer, assembly, and food preparation.
• Preparing orders quickly, accurately, and safely.
• Keeping kitchen stations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Rotating and stocking products properly.
• Working with other crew members and managers to meet restaurant goals.
• Helping maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
• Learning multiple kitchen positions as you develop your skills.
• Providing fast, accurate, and high-quality service to our guests.
