Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Dishwasher for Gold Dust West Elko to maintain clean back-of-house areas and support kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Identification that establishes identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clean all back of the house areas including kitchen, restaurant, food storage and trash handling areas.
• Clean china, glass, silverware, cooking equipment, utensils, pots and pans.
• Scrape dishes and transport waste to dumpsters.
• Return cleaned items to proper preparation area.
• Move boxes and trash to outside dumpsters.
• Follow sanitary and proper food handling procedures.
• Perform weekly or monthly kitchen maintenance as directed by management.
• Assist with back of house supply and cleanup as needed.
