Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Back of House Team Members to prepare, cook, assemble and present food safely while upholding Chick-fil-A standards. You will learn kitchen operations, work across stations, stock inventory and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up to date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete in‑house training and stay updated on changes.
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
