Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member to support a fast-paced kitchen in a restaurant operated by an independent Owner/Operator. You will prepare, cook, assemble and present food safely while upholding Chick-fil-A standards and guest service.

This role offers full-time and part-time schedules, a friendly team environment, and opportunities for growth and meaningful training from experienced Operators and restaurant Leaders. Competitive pay and learning opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and procedures.
• Operate safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and adhere to dress code and policies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
