• Learn and refine kitchen and sauté skills through hands-on training.
• Maintain pace during peak hours and support kitchen flow.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with good communication.
• Manage multiple tasks to meet guest expectations during busy shifts.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam.
• Use kitchen tools, timers, and basic systems daily.
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized while following food safety standards.
• Bring dependability and a positive attitude to every shift.
• Meet physical requirements (standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds).
• Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.
