Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Evansville, IN is hiring back-of-house team members to assist in baking and frosting cakes, prepping ingredients, and managing tickets. Roles include cross-training in baking and frosting with the potential for advancement and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to apply.
• Experience in frosting, baking, or kitchen work is preferred but training is available.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Gather ingredients, utensils, and pans.
• Mixing, scooping, and packaging large batches of cakes.
• Ticket rail management and commercial oven supervision.
• Wash pans, utensils, and containers using a commercial dishwasher.
• Use pastry bags to frost cakes and maintain clean baking areas.
• Receive and shelve truck shipments; rotate ingredients using FIFO.
• Follow food safety and health standards.
