Job summary

Arlettie Paris in New York is looking for a Back of House Associate to ensure the smooth operation of our exclusive luxury sales. You will support receiving, organizing, and movement of merchandise while upholding high standards of efficiency and care.

You will manage deliveries, inventory, showroom replenishment, and stock transfers between stockroom and sales floor, maintaining safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory management, stockroom operations, warehouse logistics, shipping and receiving, or a similar role is required.
• Experience handling large deliveries, pallets, and luxury merchandise is highly appreciated.
• Weekend availability is required, with recurring availability during sample sales.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and handling deliveries, including unloading, moving, and organizing boxes and pallets.
• Organizing and managing inventory to keep products stored and accessible.
• Supporting showroom replenishment and transporting merchandise between stockroom and sales floor.
• Handling luxury merchandise with care and protecting brand standards.
• Assisting with sale setup and breakdown, including packing stock and preparing shipments.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient stockroom following proper procedures.
• Collaborating with Back of House and showroom teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

As a Back of House Associate, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our exclusive luxury sales. Your main mission will be to support the receiving, organization, and movement of merchandise while maintaining the high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and care expected at Arlettie.

You will be responsible for:

• Receiving and handling deliveries, including unloading, moving, and organizing boxes, pallets, and large quantities of merchandise.
• Organizing and managing inventory, ensuring products are properly sorted, stored, and easily accessible.
• Supporting showroom replenishment, efficiently transporting merchandise between the stockroom and sales floor.
• Handling luxury merchandise with care, following proper procedures to protect products and maintain brand standards.
• Assisting with sale setup and breakdown, including unpacking merchandise, preparing outgoing shipments, and packing stock.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient stockroom, following proper lifting, handling, and storage procedures.
• Collaborating with the Back of House and showroom teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of tasks.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding, and team-oriented role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
