Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
• Hire and effectively manage DL and IDL employees and mitigate attrition.
• Ensure productive and sustainable DL/IDL resources.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors and specialists for improvement.
• Lead, sponsor and participate in continuous improvement teams.
• Lead teams to achieve factory KPI goals.
