Job summary

NAKED MD in San Diego is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to ensure a smooth patient experience. You’ll prepare trays, open/close the studio, and keep rooms pristine while supporting front desk tasks.

You’ll coordinate provider breaks, monitor supplies, maintain patient records, and uphold each patient’s dignity and care. Friday and Saturday availability is required; prior aesthetics or medical settings experience is a plus, and a willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to a consistent, impeccable standard.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches to avoid schedule stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively to prevent shortages.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting and photos.
• Uphold patient dignity, individuality, and exceptional care.
• Support front desk/concierge tasks as needed and assist with special projects.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.
