Job summary

Naked MD in Charleston is seeking an Aesthetic Coordinator to be the backbone of the patient experience and studio operations. You will ensure every tray is prepared, rooms are immaculate, and the daily workflow runs smoothly from opening to closing, with a focus on flawless execution.

You will maintain inventory, coordinate provider breaks, and support the front desk to ensure each patient’s visit is seamless and respectful.

What You’ll Do

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts
• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.

What You Bring

• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is plus— but a willingness to learn counts for a lot here
• MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is plus— not required
