Naked MD in Charlotte seeks an Aesthetic Coordinator to act as the air traffic controller of the studio, ensuring every tray is prepared, every room is ready, and the schedule runs smoothly.

This fully operational role supports the front desk and concierge team, maintains patient documentation and treatment records, restocks supplies, and upholds each patient’s dignity and care. Friday and Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency; ready before needed.
• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
• Maintain treatment rooms and back office to impeccable standards; room to room, shift to shift.
• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before first patient arrivals.
• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
• Monitor and restock supplies proactively; anticipate shortages.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
• Uphold every patient’s dignity and right to exceptional care; support front desk as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out
• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records
• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
• Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you. Special projects may come your way too; flexibility is part of the role.

What You Bring

• A calm, kind presence in a fast-moving environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball (or the tray)
• Reliability, compassion, and a genuine team-first attitude
• Experience in aesthetics or medical settings is plus— but a willingness to learn counts for a lot here
• MA/CNA/LVN/Phlebotomist license is plus— not required
