Qualifications

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation and maintenance of back-end production equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain proper flow of materials and finished products in the back-end area to meet production goals.
• Monitor processes, identify issues, and address downtime promptly.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Operate machinery and perform minor adjustments as needed.
• Support preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Record and report machine performance, downtime, and quality issues.
