Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Back-End Developer to join its technology team. You will build and operate scalable backend applications using Node.js and AWS serverless services, contributing to cloud architecture, automation, security, and continuous delivery.

The role demands strong production Node.js experience, 3+ years with AWS serverless, CI/CD expertise, and solid SQL/NoSQL knowledge. A flexible arrangement with remote/on-site options is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with Node.js, primarily in serverless environments.
• 3+ years of automated testing (unit and end-to-end).
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS serverless experience (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, Kinesis, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud architecture, Kubernetes and serverless technologies.
• Experience with virtual networks and on-premise connectivity.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD solutions.
• Experience with monitoring and log analytics.
• Understanding of software design and architecture patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience leading or guiding IT teams.
