Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser.
• Damage analysis experience, including hybrid systems, electrical components and structural damage
• CCC ONE or similar collision estimating system experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• I-CAR or similar industry training preferred
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Aufgaben

• Inspect vehicles with technicians during DFR to capture all damage
• Build accurate estimates, supplements and repair plans in CCC ONE
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, and occasionally customers, on repair progress
• Source and document all parts needed for repairs
• Assign labor to technicians and make sure they follow proper repair procedures
• Keep repair orders and notes current as vehicles move through the shop
• Follow insurance and DRP guidelines
• Take part in daily production and release meetings
