• Ensure proper recreational activities are conducted throughout the program.
• Assist with insurance authorizations and case management services.
• Monitors groups and quiet room; ensures client safety.
• Assist in cleanup of therapy spaces.
• Attend supervision meetings and manage time prioritization with minimal supervision.
• Maintain effective relationships within the agency, community and referrals.
• Ensure recreational supplies are ordered and available for program use.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00/hour

About the Role: Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Full Time Clinician opportunities for Bachelor’s Level Clinicians in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Worcester, MA. Our Partial Hospitalization Programs are group-based and short-term for individuals requiring a higher level of care. Our teams work to promote a group that is therapeutic, safe, and supportive. The Partial Hospitalization (PHP) BA Clinician delivers direct services to clients, and may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized psychoeducational and case management services within the PHP program. Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensures that any services delivered are within the scope of training, experience and general level of competence.

Essential Responsibilities
