Job summary

Arbour Counseling Services in Fall River, MA is seeking a Spanish-speaking licensed or licensed-trajectory clinician for its outpatient program. The role offers a full-time, on-site schedule with a ramp-up period to build caseload, and a diverse caseload including individual, family and group therapies.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams, ensure evidence-based practice, and contribute to a flexible, supportive work environment with supervision and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Must have completed an internship during Masters program to obtain 45 credits.
• Required license eligibility: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• CANS Certification preferred (can be obtained after hire).
• Ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills.
• Familiarity with support groups.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships with empathy and insight.
• Sensitivity to diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds.
• Excellent time management to maintain appointments and records.
• Candidate must possess citizenship/work documentation.
• Pre-employment CORI and drug test.

Pay: $30.00-$38.00/hour

About the Role:

Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer Full Time opportunities for Spanish speaking Licensed Clinicians or Master's Level Clinicians working towards their licensure in our Outpatient Program in Fall River, MA. Our Outpatient counseling allows our patients to receive treatment options and support within a much more free and open time schedule. While programs are structured, our outpatient counseling is best for those stepping down from a higher level of care, seeking limited treatment options or testing out treatment for the first time. Arbour offers individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, medication evaluation & management, school-based treatment, and elder services within our Outpatient program.

The Master's Level Outpatient Clinician delivers direct services to clients, and may provide individual, group, family, or other authorized therapy services within our outpatient center; participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensures that any treatments delivered are within the scope of the therapist’s training, experience and general level of competence.
