Sittercity Incorporated in Lemont, IL seeks a caring sitter to watch a 3-year-old boy with ASD. You will engage him with stimulating activities, help with breakfast and lunch, and transport him to ABA therapy using our spare car seat.

The position is roughly 20–25 hours per week. Ideal candidates have their own car and bring warmth, reliability, and patience to support a high-energy, loving child in a home setting.

Job description

We need a sitter would be able to watch a 3 yr old boy who has ASD and transport him from therapy and back. He is high functioning, very energetic, super friendly, and loving. Hes a sweet boy, all of his sitters have loved him. Duties would include keeping him occupied with stimulating activities (parks, outdoor play, sensory activities), help with breakfast and lunch. As well as transportation to ABA therapy. We have a spare car seat.Our regular sitter is on an extended leave in October so we need help. If all goes well we would love to stay in touch for possible future help though! The schedule is not as listed, i couldn’t adjust it to the actual times. Roughly 20-25 hours a week.
