Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support across the Frisco, Plano, Allen and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes companionship, safety, and reliable care for children in a home setting.

Ideal candidates hold CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and US work authorization. One year of caregiving or nanny experience is preferred, with flexible 4–12 hour shifts including day, evening, and weekend slots.
