Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Texas seeks experienced caregivers to provide in-home support, including personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship across Frisco, Plano, Allen, Flower Mound and nearby areas.

We offer flexible shifts, competitive hourly pay, overtime/holiday pay, direct deposit, and signing or referral bonuses, plus recognition programs and ongoing training to support caregiver well-being.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• US work authorization is required.
• Caregiving/Home Health Aide experience of 1 year minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with transfers and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with light meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Offer companionship and social engagement.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Provide memory care assistance for clients with dementia/Alzheimer's.
