Million Dollar Baby Co. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for Babyletto in Los Angeles, CA. You will focus on daily sales performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, and upholding Babyletto’s design-led brand standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work three days a week including weekends. Shopify familiarity is a plus, and you’ll enjoy benefits like PTO, employee discounts, and a performance bonus.

About the role:

As aPart-TimeSalesAssociateat Babyletto, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our first retail location! Yourrole will focus ondaily salesperformance,leadingthe client experience, andfostering relationshipswhilerepresentingBabyletto’score values.This is an hourly role. You must be available to work atminimum3 days a weekincludingweekends.

• Provide exceptional service to every person that walks through ourdoors
• Welcome andeducatethe clientinto theworld ofBabylettothrough our design-led product, services & events
• Create and process in-store salestransactions
• Deliversalesresults&metrics
• Engage& clientelenew/existingclientsto buildstore customerbase
• Collaborate with Store Management team to develop individual selling strategies and track salesaccountability
• Bringempathy andproblem solvingto every customer interaction and escalation.Be an advocate for "get to yes"mentality
• Support daily store operations with display maintenance, and open/closefunctions
• Assistwith setting up and executing community programs andevents

What youbring to the table:

• 1+ years of sales experience. Experience in furniture, baby, or design showrooms is a plus.
• Proven record of driving sales & results
• Strong senseof personal style with a discerning eye
• Passion for interior design and high-end furniture
• Possess organizational and time managementskills
• Wonderful written and verbal communication skills
• People and relationshipsdriven
• Self-motivatedwith a positive POV
• Can perform effectively on sales floor,which includesstanding forlong periodsof time,kneeling, bending, andsquatting
• Ability tolift small-medium items up to 25lbsutilizing propertechniques
