Job summary

Million Dollar Baby Co. in Los Angeles is seeking a reliable Facility Maintenance & Cleaning Technician to keep our busy facility safe, functional and welcoming. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

You will perform on-site maintenance and daily cleaning duties to ensure a clean, safe environment for staff and visitors. You will handle routine repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC basics), inspections, fixture replacements, and supply management while coordinating with external

• Previous experience in facility maintenance, handyman work, or janitorial services is preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair needs throughout the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues.
• Replace light bulbs, filters, and other consumable items as needed.
• Repair or replace broken fixtures, hardware, and building components.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools needed for repairs.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
• Daily Cleaning Duties: Clean and sanitize all restrooms daily, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Stock restrooms with paper products, soap, and other supplies.
• Clean and maintain kitchen areas and break rooms, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in all common areas.

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facility Maintenance & Cleaning Technician to maintain our facility in excellent working condition. This role combines hands-on repair work with daily cleaning responsibilities to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors. What You’ll Be Doing:

California pay range: $20 USD - $25 USD
