Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• One year of administrative experience, or equivalent office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Baby Raven Reads project.
• Maintain project documentation and data for reporting.
• Coordinate travel related to the project and organize information flow.
• Assist in scheduling trainings and orientation activities.
• Draft memos and correspondence for the project manager and director.
• Assist in ordering supplies and mailing literacy kits.
• May drive a company van to deliver supplies or transport contractors.
• Other duties as assigned.
