Job summary

Cranial Technologies seeks a Patient Services & Imaging Specialist in Columbia, MD. You will deliver exceptional patient service, conduct 3D imaging for infants using the DSi system, and manage scheduling and patient data in Intergy. The role blends frontline care with imaging support in a pediatric setting.

The position starts at $19.50–$20.00 per hour, with a levels-based pay progression. We offer strong benefits and opportunities to grow in a dedicated cranial shaping specialty.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality is a MUST.
• Ability to learn new things quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to juggle many duties while keeping patient experience as priority.
• Experience in caring for or working with infants/children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients.
• 3D imaging for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi) and calibrate/operate imaging equipment.
• Schedule new patients and follow-ups into Intergy (Practice Management Software).
• Enter and process patient information in Intergy.
• Perform medical office duties: answer phones, clean rooms, and position patients for imaging.
