Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Comfort with helping customers across in-store and online channels.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product guidance.
• Resolve customer questions and issues in a busy retail environment.
• Assist customers with omnichannel shopping and online orders.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale/register.
• Restock floor and manage shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and Carter's loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
