Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate in Indianapolis to greet customers, help with baby essentials, and guide families through our products and promotions. You’ll support omnichannel shopping, process POS transactions, and keep the floor stocked and welcoming.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service in a fast-paced store environment. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and communication skills, are comfortable multitasking, and can work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
