Job summary

Carter’s is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome families, explain baby essentials, and help shoppers navigate promotions and loyalty programs. You’ll be a friendly brand ambassador, assisting customers in a fast-paced store and contributing to a positive, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling POS transactions, replenishing stock, and supporting omnichannel shopping. The role offers scheduling flexibility and opportunities for growth within Carter’s retail

Qualifications

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers proactively in a busy retail environment and balance multiple customers at once.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Promote current promotions and the Carter’s brand loyalty program, including credit to customers.
