Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly greet customers, demonstrate our baby and children's apparel, and help families choose outfits that fit their needs and budgets. You will be the first face of the Carter's brand and play a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service on the sales floor.

In this role, you will process transactions at the register, assist with inventory, support omnichannel shopping, and share details about promotions and the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
• Process transactions at the POS and manage omnichannel support.
• Maintain floor replenishment and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and Carter's loyalty program to customers.
