Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product styles and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively and balance multiple customers in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
• Restock shelves and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store to minimize loss.
